Moss Vale Public School Country Fair 2024
Dear Moss Vale families,
The time has come when we start to plan our biggest and best fundraiser of our school year. This year our Country Fair is set to be bigger and better than ever before with Rides, Activities and Stalls for ALL ages. Save the date for Friday the 1st of November!
Our Country Fair is organised and run by a dedicated group of volunteers with greatly valued support from our local Southern Highlands’ Community. Each year, we aim to build on the year before. Over our past two fairs, we have successfully raised enough funds for a sensory space in our main play area & a kitchen garden complete with wheelchair access for our students to learn to prepare and cook items they grow in the garden they maintain.
This year, we are aiming to continue building on our vision. We are hoping to raise enough funds to provide an all-accessible outdoor sheltered reading space for our students to enjoy throughout their school day.

Tickets, Tickets, Tickets!!
Ride Wristbands
Pre-purchased wristbands will be delivered to your child's class on the day of the fair if bought through Flexischools (MVPS students only). Please note that any wristbands not collected by your child in class will be available at the P & C stall at the fair.
If wristbands were purchased online, please collect your pre-purchased wristbands from the P&C table at the Country Fair. Your wristbands will be available to collect in the name that you purchased the tickets in, so please have this information ready.
Rides included in the pre-purchased unlimited ride band include: The Round-Up, Windjammer, Giant Slide, Inflatable maze, Inflatable obstacle course, Rock Climbing Wall and toddler jumping castle.
Please note that Sideshow alley, Facepainting, Pony Rides & Farmyard are NOT included with the pre-purchased ride wristband, and tickets for these activities can be purchased at the fair, as below.
Tickets
Tickets for Sideshow alley, Facepainting, Pony Rides & the Farmyard, as well as all rides will be sold at the fair. Rides can be purchased individually with tickets. All tickets are $1 each, and all rides and activities are priced individually as below.
The Golden Ticket
Every student from every family who has returned their complete sold raffle book and entry form goes into the draw to win the Golden Ticket, which includes a ride pass, drink, meal, lucky dip, sweet stall purchase and 10 sideshow tickets.
The lucky winner will be drawn in fair week. (Don’t worry if you have already purchased your ride wristband – we will refund you).

Food and Stalls
So many yummy choices this year from Nachos (Beef & Vegetarian), Marinated Chicken & Rice, BBQ, Loaded Potatoes, Salads, Pizza & Billy Chan Dumplings! Don’t forget the crepes and sweets! We’ve got them too!
Donate to our Stalls
Plant stall – succulents, seedling and pot plants
Farmers market – fruit & veg, chutney, jam, herbs, flowers and honey. Please no eggs.
Year 1, you’re on for the cake stall, it’s tradition! Anyone can join in though - reach out to us and we’ll get a cake box to your child.
Please drop all donations to the top of the COLA on the day of the fair.

Our huge raffle will be drawn on the evening of the fair – Do you want to donate to our raffles?
Who doesn’t want to dunk their teacher?? Take revenge for all that homework they’ve given you this year!
We have a special dunk tank coming to the fair this year, and you get to … dunk the teachers, that’s right, soak them!!
We can’t wait to see who gets dunked!
